2.1 Scope of Engagement

2.2 Intellectual Property

Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise specified in the SOW. A 50% advance payment is required before project commencement. 2.4 Project Timeline & Delays

Estimated project timelines are provided in good faith based on standard scope parameters. Delays caused by the Client (e.g., delayed feedback, content provision, or approval) will proportionally extend the delivery timeline. CraftedPixelHouse will notify the Client promptly of any anticipated delays.

2.5 Limitation of Liability

CraftedPixelHouse's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client under the relevant SOW. CraftedPixelHouse shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.
